S Nicolaou -

Kitchen & Loft Extension

This job was repeat business from a previous job I had done for the client’s father. It was clear from the start that the client didn’t want to leave any stone unturned, everything in the house was to go only leaving the exterior walls.

The house was extended in three ways, a loft conversion, rear extension and double story side extension (totalling 110m2), coupled with a complete refurbishment (totalling 300m2). The specification set by the client was detailed and thought out and we were able to help and advice on alterations, and materials to use. The end result I think speaks for itself.

B Landau - Edgware HA8

Bathroom Refurbishment

This was the children’s bathroom, it had to be bright and playful and most importantly functional. The sparkly mosaics made the bathroom fun and reconfiguring the layout added space for the family to manoeuvre around. It all worked to create more storage, a function space/easy to maintain and just a lovely bathroom to look at.

R. Klein - Hertfordshire WD23

Bathroom and Walk-In Wardrobe

Miss Klein wanted her new home to reflect her style and we were able to advise where she should buy materials such as tiles and bathroom fittings that we believed suited the finish she was going for. Creating a luxury master bedroom for her with en suite and walk-in wardrobes as well as refurbishing the rest of the house.

L. Dunswick - London HA8

Garage conversion & Property Refurbishment

Mr Dunswick had come to us with drawings and planning permission to convert his garage into a utility room, knock through the kitchen creating a kitchen diner with French doors and add a shower room as there was only one bathroom. We had to knock down both chimney stacks as the structural engineer sited them to be unsafe. Combined with a full refurbishment and a tight deadline for completion of works, it was all in the package delivered to Mr Dunswick.

D Masters - London NW11

Wet Room Design & Install

As you can see from the pictures it was a challenge to make a wet room above a staircase. Working with Mr masters to design a functional but stylish wet-room was only achieved by constant communication and problem solving, such as adding a step to break up the difference in height of floor and scribing it so that it didn’t hinder access to the toilet.

The recess with the shower also doubled up as a shelf for an added feature and function. It was a dark space so we added LED lights, which features the mosaic tiles too.
